Michael Pagán Castañer, an executive coach and organizational development consultant at our company, is currently a doctoral candidate in Education specializing in Organizational Leadership at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus. He holds a postgraduate degree in Communication, focusing on Theory and Research, from the same university. His academic background also includes undergraduate studies in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, and is a certified organizational & ontological coach from the Team Power Institute in Mexico City. Furthermore, he is certified in Global Leadership, concentrating on Crisis Management, from the University of the Virgin Islands.

Michael’s diverse professional experience spans roles such as corporate communications coordinator, marketing manager, director of a non-governmental organization, university professor, and consultant for public and private entities. He has led initiatives in science and health communication, strategic alliance articulation, as well as the planning and coordination of professional events. He also a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

At ACCO Advisory Group, Michael contributes his vast expertise in organizational development, strategic communication, assessment interviews, strategic planning, well-being and health promotion, project management, leadership, social innovation, and training program design. He is committed to enhancing customer experiences and advancing organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives.
