Ana Durán Paredes is an executive coach and organizational development consultant at our company, bringing a diverse and rich 34-year professional background. A social communicator and journalist by way of the University of La Sabana in Bogotá, Colombia, she has pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is also a graduate of the Specialization in Adolescents and Families from the European School of Coaching in Madrid, Spain. As a member of the Association of Certified Facilitators in the Lego® Serious Play® Methodology and a certified organizational and ontological coach from the Team Power Institute in Mexico City, her credentials are extensive.
Ana’s career spans various roles, including presenter, sales executive, advertising consultant, and administrative director in media and marketing firms; program director in non-governmental organizations; teacher and administrative assistant at the pre-university level; and editor and proofreader of numerous publications and projects.
At ACCO Advisory Group, she contributes 22 years of consulting expertise in strategic planning, organizational assessments, administration, and project management. Her skills as a facilitator of strategic dialogue processes are complemented by a passionate commitment to supporting and guiding younger generations in designing their life projects, contributing significantly to the sustainability of family businesses.
